What Lindsay's Clients Say...
I had the privilege of working with Lindsay while I was pregnant with twins. Lindsay was always there for me to help me believe I could actually birth twins naturally. She educated me on the topics I didn't fully understand and has an extensive knowledge about hospital births. I developed pre-eclampsia, but with Lindsay's help, stayed pregnant weeks after diagnosis at 33 weeks, and my daughters were delivered safely at 36 1/2 weeks. She's a lovely woman, and if the Lord blesses us with any more children, we look forward to working with her again!

We couldn't imagine going through the birth experience with out having adoula. Particularly Lindsay. For our first child we debated for a while until we decided that we would meet with Lindsay to see what she had to say. Upon meeting her we loved how reassuring it was to have someone be there for our questions.
Once I was in labor having Lindsay there to help us was phenomenal. She was so incredibly supportive, and helped us during some difficult decisions we had to make around our daughters birth. We would never have it any other way than having a doula there for us anymore. Even when things didn't turn out the way we expected and hoped she was there for us the entire time.
For anyone who isn't sure about having a doula with them during labor, I'm going to highly recommend meeting with Lindsay and seeing what she has to offer. You won't be disappointed!

“I can't imagine going without her. Lindsay is dependable, calming, kind, encouraging, positive, strong, funny, resourceful, responsive, and clearly loves her work. I am eternally grateful for her help in bringing my daughter into the world, and for the incredible support she gave to both me and especially my wife through labor.”

“Lindsay is an amazing doula! She stuck with me for a five day labor so I've got to give her five stars.”

Lindsay was WONDERFUL! I think we were Lindsay's first doula in training birth. Lindsay was always there for all my questions no matter how silly they sounded. We had several training sessions where she shared lots of knowledge and went through breathing techniques to find the one that worked best for me. She came over the day I went into labor, drove us to the hospital and she stayed with us the whole night and into the next morning being an extra support person while waiting until I was fully dilated. Let me tell you it wasn’t exactly fun so it was so nice to have her there with us. I mentioned to her that I would like to try a natural birth but she supported me 100% when I just couldn't do it with my back labor! She was right by my husband and the nurse and doctor when it was time to push giving words of encouragement. Once Madelyn was born, she was so respectful and gave Matt and me some time with our new daughter. She knew when she was needed and knew when we needed time to ourselves. I can’t say enough wonderful things about her. She was so great every step of the way!! The day Madelyn was born was perfect and wonderful and a lot of that had to do with Lindsay being there. We trust her and that made us more relaxed. I’m sad we moved to WI a few months ago because when we are ready to have our second I would love to have her be our doula again! I’d recommend her to ANYONE! You can’t go wrong with Lindsay!

Every woman should be able to have a doula at her birth. Lindsay was a key player in my ability to have a successful, healthy, empowering and natural birth. She was absolutely wonderful by helping to keep me grounded and centered the entire time. And Lindsay brings her whole self into her work. Over the weeks of my "prelabor" I got to know a lot about Lindsay's family and she got to know mine. It made the process all the more rewarding for both of us. Lindsay also has a wonderful and genuine sense of humor which I greatly appreciated when we needed a little levity.
Even my midwife said she thought Linsday was exceptional at being both comforting and supportive, but also knowing when to be strong and bring me back to focus. It was a wonderful experience and I truly appreciated Lindsay's hands-on approach as that is really what we needed. I know my husband felt very supported by her as well. She truly was a wonderful part of our birth process and was most certainly as important as the midwife or my husband. I would absolutely suggest her to anyone who is looking for a doula, and to those who don't know how great birth can be if you have the right support by your side.
